Process

How It Works

Step 01

Raw Material Inspection

All the raw material is purchased from world-renowned suppliers and still we conduct 100 % detailed quality inspection before production begins – ensuring excellence from the very 1^st step.

Step 02

Cutting

Cutting is one of the important functions during production of Copper / Brass and Aluminium components. The process is carried out on automatic CNC machines, ensuring high-precision and uniformity. CNC cutting machines are purchased from world renowned suppliers, in the industry.

Step 03

Bending

Similarly, bending of the components is carried out on automatic CNC bending machines.

Step 04

Drilling

Similarly, Drilling is carried out from automatic machines ensuring accuracy in respect of angle and Dia of the hole required.

Step 05

Collor Drawing

Collor Drawing is again an important part of the manufacturing process and accordingly, its being carried out on CNC collar drawing.

Step 06

Brazing

We have sufficient number of Brazing stations which are maintained well on regular basis. The brazing rods used at the brazing stations are procured from established suppliers based in India as well as abroad.

Step 07

Leakage Testing

Leakage testing is carried out for all the headers or manifolds using self-designed leakage testing fixtures.

Step 08

Washing

After all the process are done, each and every component is washed properly using well accepted chemical ensuring best of the finished products availability for despatch.

Step 09

Quality Inspection

A dedicated and independent team ensures the quality of every product. Quality inspection begins at the production stage, where each component undergoes thorough examination by a specialized team. Before products move to the packing and dispatch area, they are inspected once again to guarantee that only high-quality items are approved for packaging and shipment.

Quality Inspection

After packing with durable material, the material is labelled and dispatched through various modes as per the requirement of our prestigious customers.

2013

The Beginning

It all began in 2013, when our CEO, Shriyansh Sharma, after completing his engineering degree, started a small manufacturing unit for Brass Distributors and components for the HVAC industry, alongside a close friend. What began as a humble setup quickly grew, driven by passion and a commitment to quality.

2018

Going Global

After years of steady growth in India, we took our first step into the global market. In July 2018, our first export shipment left for the UAE, marking the start of our international journey. Soon, our products reached customers across several countries, building a reputation for reliability and precision.

2022

The Birth of MetaCool

In March 2022, MetaCool Pvt. Ltd. was founded by Shriyansh Sharma along with his parents, Mr. Shri Kant Sharma and Mrs. Savidha Sharma, sharing a united vision — to manufacture Copper, Brass, and Aluminium components that proudly stand for “Engineered in India – Trusted Worldwide.” Right after we began commercial production, we registered our brand MetaCool, to ensure its protection and build brand recogonition.
We began with the End Caps Division, setting up two production lines within months. By the end of the year, we were already exporting to UAE, Saudi Arabia, Europe, and Israel. In December, Shriyansh exited his earlier venture to focus completely on MetaCool.

2023

Strengthening Our Foundation

The year 2023 saw the launch of our Copper Return Bend Division, producing return bends from 5.00 MM to 15.88 MM using advanced automated lines. We also entered new overseas markets, as our exports continued to grow across the Middle East and Europe.

2024

Expansion and Innovation

In 2024, MetaCool expanded its manufacturing area from 5,000 sq. ft. to 15,000 sq. ft. We introduced Brass Division and Header and System Tubing Division with state-of-the-art CNC machinery. We also strengthened our Copper Return Bend and Brass Divisions with multiple new lines. This year marked a major leap in capacity, technology, and global reach.

2025

Scaling New Heights

By 2025, MetaCool had evolved into a diversified, multi-division company. We added several new lines across all divisions, began manufacturing Aluminium Return Bends, and enhanced / strengthened our Header and System Tubing Division with automated machines and advanced leak testing systems.
With each step, MetaCool continues to grow stronger — staying true to its promise of delivering high-quality, precision-engineered HVAC components, “Engineered in India, Trusted Worldwide.”
